Note: In relation to the questions asked about the image on this website: the picture shapes some of the basic concepts of late ancient Greek thought into a form of an envelope: aletheia – truth, apatheia – apathy, aporia – insolvability, akrasia – acting against our moral intuitions etc. It also plays on the term “idiot”, which classically referred to the person who didn’t want to improve his own society.
